Bionic Woman
The Bionic Woman television series originally spun off from The Six Million Dollar Man (1974). It starred Lindsay Wagner as Jaime Sommers.
The remake about a female athlete who is given bionic strength debuted on Sept. 26, 2007.
The pilot of the new Bionic Woman 2007 feels like it was made in 1997. It brings nothing fresh to the table, and feels like it’s trying to imitate other shows but not very well.
The British actress Michelle Ryan has been cast in the title role for this series premiere. Katee Sackhoff will play Sara, the bionic woman’s nemesis.
